Team and Leadership Coaching
As an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner, I facilitate sessions that help team members and leaders understand their own patterns and how those patterns show up in group dynamics. I know what it looks like when a team breaks down. I've lived it.
In the early 2000s, I founded a marketing agency and made the classic mistakes: scaling too fast, delegating before the vision was clear. I watched a team struggle to say the hard stuff. Those lessons cost me as well as taught me what teams actually need to work well together.
My background as a licensed therapist for the past 15 years means I can go deeper than traditional corporate trainers. I connect with emotional territory while staying focused on communication and behavior.
How I Coach Teams
Teams get stuck. People hold back. Important things go unsaid. By mapping out each person’s communication style and decision-making patterns, teams leave with shared language, clearer expectations, which reduces misunderstandings, and creates trust. I believe there's an inner intelligence in all of us that determines our leadership style. We work together to uncover it and see more clearly how your natural style shapes your decisions and relationships at work. Leaders leave with greater awareness, more intentional communication, and clearer direction, which creates a steadier climate around them so people at every level can do their best work.

As an experienced licensed therapist, I've trained extensively in this work and have facilitated 100's of individual sessions as well as conducted over 50 group trainings for medical and mental health professionals as a lead trainer and faculty with Integrative Psychiatry Institute.
Therapy works when you feel safe enough to be honest. That's why I focus on the relationship first. I'm not the expert on your life. I'm a guide walking alongside you. Together we remove the obstacles that keep you from living authentically.
I've walked that path myself. I've been alcohol-free since 2003, and that decision taught me what it actually means to live in alignment with who I am. It's how I understand what it takes to show up authentically, whether in a therapy room or anywhere else.
For those interested in expanded options, I offer psychedelic-assisted therapy. With ketamine and other medicines now legal in Colorado, there are more paths to healing than ever. These tools can help you access parts of yourself that have been hard to reach, creating space for real shifts.
